AppForceStudio provides tools for app development, code generation, storyboarding, prototyping, and design generation. By using these services, you agree to the following terms:

To use our services, you must create an account. You are required to provide a valid email address during registration. While we don’t require users to use their government names, the information provided must be accurate.

AppForceStudio offers paid services and subscriptions. Payments are processed through Stripe, and no refunds are offered. You can cancel your monthly plan at any time, and the cancellation will be effective in the next billing cycle.

Users are responsible for providing accurate information and not misusing the platform, especially considering the AI functionalities. Misuse of the platform, including but not limited to unethical use of AI, will result in account termination.

Users are prohibited from engaging in activities that violate intellectual property rights, harm the platform, or interfere with the experience of other users. Specific activities that are prohibited include reverse engineering, spamming, and distributing harmful content.

If you access AppForceStudio’s API, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and any additional terms provided at the time of access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API key, and you must not use the API in a way that could harm the platform or other users. Unauthorized or abusive use of the API may result in the termination of your access to the API and potentially your entire account.

Users can submit content such as code and designs. You may choose to keep your content private or publish it for public view. If you publish content, other users may use it as they wish. However, you retain ownership of your original content.

All content created by users on the platform remains their property. However, by publishing content, you grant other users a license to use that content. AppForceStudio owns the intellectual property rights to the software and tools provided on the platform.

AppForceStudio is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services. This includes any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. In case of misuse, we reserve the right to terminate your access and seek legal damages, including financial compensation.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you misuse the platform or violate these terms. Upon termination, we may either retain or delete your data and content, depending on the circumstances.

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms will be resolved under Canadian law.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of the services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Disputes will be resolved through arbitration, which is typically faster and more cost-effective than court proceedings. However, you retain the right to bring a claim in small claims court if the dispute qualifies.
